At Saskatoon Co-op Liquor, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase; however, due to provincial regulations, returns on alcohol products are subject to specific safety and quality control guidelines. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for an exchange or refund to your original payment method.
Return Process

Ensure the item is unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid sales receipt or order confirmation within 14 days of purchase.

Email our customer service team or visit our retail location to report issues with damaged goods or corked wine for immediate assistance.
- 3.In-Store Inspection
Bring your item to our Saskatoon Co-op Liquor location where a staff member will inspect the product to ensure it meets health and safety standards for return.
- 4.Process Refund
Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment, or an exchange will be provided for an item of equal value.
