What are the requirements for purchasing alcohol online?
You must be 19 years of age or older to purchase alcohol. A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at the time of pickup or delivery to verify your age.
Do you offer home delivery within Saskatoon?
Yes, we offer local delivery within Saskatoon city limits. Delivery windows are available throughout the day, and someone of legal drinking age must be present to receive the order.
Can I order online and pick up my items in-store?
Absolutely. We offer a convenient 'Click & Collect' service at our various Saskatoon Co-op Liquor locations. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup.
What is your return policy for liquor products?
Unopened products in saleable condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt. Please note that we cannot accept returns on chilled items that have reached room temperature.
Do I earn Co-op equity on my liquor purchases?
Yes, as a member-owner, your liquor purchases contribute to your annual equity and cash-back rewards. Simply provide your membership number during checkout.
What should I do if my bottle is corked or defective?
If you encounter a defective product, please return the bottle (at least 75% full) along with your receipt to any of our locations for a full refund or exchange.
