Intense, and enormously rich on the palate, with quite a bit of extract and fine yeast lees, this is a dense, full-bodied, juicy Sauvignon of enormous suppleness and density, but also captivating elegance. With the acidity only appearing at the finish, this is a long-distance runner that will possibly live forever. A great, very distinctive Sauvignon Blanc from one of the finest terroirs in South Styria.
