Famous for their ultra-popular Pinot Noir, Meiomi also crafts this highly anticipated Cabernet Sauvignon, brand new to Vintages shelves. Sourced from Monterey (56%), Sonoma and Santa Barbara, it spent six months ageing in a combo of French and American oak. Look for rich cassis and suggestions of sweet spices on a velvety frame, and pour with braised meats or marinated steaks.
