Giffard Apricot Du Roussillon
The apricot, considered a close cousin of the plum, originally comes from China where it has been cultivated for over 2000 years. In France, it is notably thanks to Louis XIV, the "Sun King" that the apricot took off. Giffard has selected apricots grown in Roussillon for their firm, melting, sweet and very fragrant flesh.
