Angels Envy Rye

This complex rye from Angels Envy spends eighteen months finishing in Caribbean rum casks. The resulting spirit shows the peppery spice of classic rye mingled with dried fruit and gingerbread notes drawn from the rum cask. Hints of vanilla, cane sugar and earthy minerality add layers to the whiskeys profile.
